A: Every Muslim should marry in the legal way and beware of everything contradictory to it, whether it is called Misyar marriage or anything else. One of the conditions of legal marriage is publicity; if both spouses hide it from the people, it is not a valid marriage because it will be considered similar to Zina (adultery).
